New patient paperwork must be completed at least 48 business hours before the appointment. If not, the appointment will be rescheduled.

Insurance & Billing
Most Washington State insurance plans include coverage for naturopathic medicine, though benefits can vary. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your specific coverage, including whether your plan covers naturopathic care and the provider you’d like to see. If so, we’re happy to bill your insurance on your behalf.
If your insurance is out-of-network, payment will be due at the time of service. As a courtesy, we offer a 20% discount for these visits and will provide a Superbill through your ChARM Portal upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Supplements recommended by your provider are typically not covered by insurance. However, many are eligible expenses under Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Please consult your plan for details.
If your insurance applies a deductible or co-insurance amount that isn’t collected at the time of your visit, a bill will be sent through the ChARM Portal. After 30 days, any remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
