Our Patients
PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES – BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
TO ALLOW US TIME TO COLLECT YOUR INSURANCE BILLING INFORMATION.
Insurance & Billing
Most Washington state insurances cover naturopathic medicine, but plans vary. Contact your insurance carrier to verify coverage. If your plan covers naturopathic care and the provider you wish to see, we will be happy to bill your insurance company. If your insurance is out-of-network with our providers and you have out-of-network benefits, you will need to pay at the time of service and receive a 20% discount. Out of courtesy, ICM will bill your insurance and your insurance will reimburse you directly.
Any supplements you may be prescribed are usually not covered by insurance, but are often eligible expenses under Health Savings Accounts and Medical Flexible Spending Account programs; again, check the details of your coverage.
Co-pays, the cost of supplements, and the cost of the appointment if paying out-of-pocket are due at the time of the visit. Deductibles and co-insurances will be billed to you via the ChARM patient portal after your insurance has processed the claim. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. We look forward to meeting you and partnering with you on your path to health.
Coming Soon! Online Booking
ICM is looking to roll out a new online booking option for patients to conveniently book with their doctor. We are currently trialing this with Dr. Genevieve Courtney before we open this up to more doctors in the ICM practice. To book with all other doctors other than Dr. Courtney please call reception at (206) 726-0034.
