Changes to ICM's Insurance Policy: Cigna

As of January 1, 2023, our status with Cigna (administered by American Specialty Health or ASH) will change. After careful consideration, we have chosen to discontinue our contract with Cigna. To help you navigate this change, we can provide other options that allow you to stay with ICM and your preferred doctor. This decision comes as a result of our desire to put your care first.

We have researched this carefully in arriving at our decision and we do feel that any additional burden is small compared to the freedom and significantly increased benefits that this change affords us both. If you choose not to or cannot change your insurance at this time, you can still be seen on a cash pay basis for which we offer a 20% discount on visit charges and discard the non-member admin fee if applicable. If you are currently a Concierge Member, you will still receive the 20% discount as well as all the benefits from your specific tier.

This discount is comparable to the adjustment typically given by insurance for in-network provider care without the restrictions that accompany that.

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate you trusting us with your health care needs in the past and we look forward to continuing to help you for many years to come.

Can I still see my doctor(s) at ICM?

Yes! You can still see your doctor(s) at ICM. If you change your insurance to one your doctor(s) accept, we can bill your insurance for the visits.

If you are unable to change your insurance, you will be a Cash Patient. Each of your visits will receive a 20% discount and no Admin Fee will be charged if you are a non-member.

How can I know what insurance my doctor(s) accept?

Please call the Front Desk (206-726-0034) to verify which insurance your doctor accepts.
