For easy access, simply scan the QR code you'll find around our office and enjoy seamless internet connectivity during your visits. - Upcoming Transition to Athena Electronic Health Records (EHR) in June:
To improve efficiency and streamline our processes, we are transitioning to Athena, a leading provider of electronic health records. This change will consolidate all your medical records, billing, and communications into a single, user-friendly portal, simplifying your healthcare management.- What to expect in the near future:
- After scheduling an appointment, you’ll receive an email invitation to create your account on the Athena Portal. The setup process is quick and easy.
- For appointments already scheduled on/after June 3, 2024, expect an email from us with instructions on how to set up your Athena Portal.

- Enhancements to Concierge Medicine:We are dedicated to enhancing your Concierge Medicine services by providing more tailored and comprehensive care. To support this, we are partnering with Hint Health for a smoother, more efficient management experience.
- What to expect:
- If you are enrolled in our Concierge Medicine Program, you will receive details from Hint Health on setting up your account and managing your subscription seamlessly. This is separate from the Athena portal.

In our efforts to always be readily available to you, we are upgrading our phone system in the coming months. This upgrade will enhance the clarity and reliability of our communications.
